We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in excellent condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries within the UAE.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. SAME-DAY DELIVERY (DUBAI ONLY)

  • Available for select products and specific areas within Dubai.

  • Cut-off time: 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number and courier information.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Incorrect address submission

  • Lost or damaged items
